We will be showing the movie, Luca. Click here for a preview: Luca – Official Trailer.  The school gates will open at 5:00pm for students and families to choose the perfect spot for their blankets and chairs. The movie will start at 6:30pm. Concessions and food truck items will be available for purchase or you can bring your own movie snacks. Students can check in with Mrs. de Jesus for a free raffle ticket for a chance to win the Luca dvd at the end of the evening. Thank you to the FPO for sponsoring this school event. Our store will offer: shirts, hoodies/jackets, sweatpants, bags, hats, and so much more… Click here: Spirit Store flyer Click here: Franklin at Alma 1st Place Spiritwear website Veterans Day: Click here for flyer/invitation The Franklin at Alma Student Council and the Dobson High School Air Force JROTC will be presenting a Veterans Day assembly on Tuesday, November 9th for the student body, parents, and Veterans. Due to occupancy limits for indoor events, we will have two assemblies. The intermediate assembly (3rd – 6th grade) will start at 8:25am. The primary assembly (K – 2nd grade) will start at 9:15am. Both assemblies will be held in the MPR. Please join us in honoring all Veterans. No School on Thursday, November 11th in observance of Veterans Day. Girls on the Run: GOTR is an after school program for 3rd – 5th grade girls. The Girls on the Run program is a national, non-profit organization which designs programming that strengthens girls’ social, emotional, physical and behavioral skills to successfully navigate life experiences. Students will be performing a selection of songs for parents and guests to enjoy.
