Dear Franklin at Alma families,
Angel Tree
The Angel Tree has been decorated with angels and Christmas wishes! Wish items include toys and clothing for students in need who attend Franklin at Alma. The Angel Tree also has tags for providing food items for preparing a special holiday meal for our Angel Tree families. Please stop by the office to choose an angel and help make a Christmas wish come true. We will be sharing a Signup Genius list tomorrow evening for those who would like to choose an angel but are unable to stop by the office.
Twin Day
We are having a special spirit day on Tuesday, November 23rd. Students can match their outfit to another student and come to school as twins! What a fun way to start the Thanksgiving holiday break.
Veterans Day
A special thank you to all the Veterans and guests who recently attended our Veterans Day Assembly on November 9th. We were so proud to honor our military service members. Thank you also to Dobson High School JROTC, the Student Council, and the student body for performing at the assembly and helping all of us pay tribute to this special holiday.
Movie Night
Our second annual Franklin Movie Night was a HUGE success. Thank you to all our families who attended. It was great to see our students and parents connecting outside of the school day.
Concerts
The month of December is filled with many special events that showcase the musical talents of the students at our school. The Winter Sing, Kindergarten Sing, and Band & Orchestra concerts are sure to bring joy to your holiday season. Please review the upcoming events and the school calendar for dates, times, and locations for each of these special events.

Winter Sing (1st – 6th) – December 8th at 6:30pm @ Dobson High School Auditorium
