Parent Letter for 10/28/21

Dear Franklin at Alma families,

Just a couple of reminders about tomorrow:

Class Parties

The Fall Class Parties are on Friday, October 29th from 12:30-1:30pm. Due to occupancy limits for indoor events, we are being careful with the number of parent volunteers in the classrooms. If you signed up to volunteer at the party please sign in at the office when you arrive and remember to make arrangements for younger siblings as the parties are for students only. We also ask that students do not wear costumes to school. Thank you for your understanding.

Early Release at 1:30pm

Friday, October 29th is the end of the second grading period. Students will be dismissed early at 1:30pm so teachers can prepare report cards. Please review the bus schedule for the adjusted drop off times.

Mark your calendars for these November events

2nd – FPO meeting at 6:00pm

5th – Movie Night from 5:00 – 8:00pm

9th – Veterans Day Assembly (more information coming soon)

11th – NO SCHOOL in observance of Veterans Day

24th – 26th – NO SCHOOL for Thanksgiving break

Spirit Day

Every Friday is Spirit Day. Don’t forget to show school pride by wearing your Franklin Firebird shirt or a school color (red, white, or blue)!
