Dear Franklin at Alma families,

National Wear Red Day® 2022

Join NHLBI, The Heart Truth®, and organizations around the country on National Wear Red Day®, celebrated each year on the first Friday in February, to bring greater attention to heart disease as a leading cause of death for Americans. Students who wear RED to school on Friday, February 4th will receive a red, heart-shaped sticker.

Conferences

Parent teacher conferences are the week of February 14 – 18. Your child’s teacher sent a Signup Genius invitation yesterday so you can select a day and time that works best. Please check your email and signup soon.

Book Fair

The FPO will be hosting the Scholastic Book Fair during conference week. The book fair will be open during the following hours. Students need to be accompanied by a parent to go to the book fair.

Monday, Feb 14 from 1:30 – 5:00

Tuesday, Feb 15 from 1:30 – 5:00

Wednesday, Feb 16 from 12:45 – 4:00

Thursday, Feb 17 from 1:30 – 4:00

Presidents’ Day

No School on Monday, February 21st in observance of Presidents’ Day.
